Xbox achievements not unlocking

I did not skip it and I played through the whole prologue twice just to make sure. Xbox One: The 7 Easiest Games to Unlock Every Achievement. On the Xbox One achievements App/page, I get a full green bar showing 100% completion of certain achievements. So they are fulfilled, it's just they are still white/grey with descriptions (rather than in the unlocked area with picture backgrounds) and the points don't total onto my overall score (nor did they do the achievement "pop" alert).

Since some people got them to retroactively unlock I believe you should patch the game so that everybody's achievements retroactively unlock. It is not fair to only unlock them for some people. Really it should be really easy to patch it to check to see if any of the 45 in-game achievements are unlocked and then unlock the actual Xbox achievement.

I find it unacceptable that my ~2500 hours on the PC are essentially worth nothing because the achievements can't be re-earned on the character I completed them with. The Fact EA told you to ask xbox is such a typical excuse. Players all over have achievements not unlocked but the ingame challenge Is checked off.
